Saratoga is alive in August! Concerts at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, the horse races at the Saratoga Race Track, AND the Saratoga Art Celebration. You’lll find Lilac Hill Designs there for the first time at the Saratoga Spa State Park, from 10-5 each day.
